Who we are

Argus United Services was built around a simple idea: event organisers and venues shouldn't have to juggle separate security and transport vendors. Our team covers crowd control, parking and traffic management, and venue door staff, alongside a mini-bus fleet and driver network — so your event runs on one accountable, licensed operator with a single point of contact, Jiji Baby, instead of a patchwork of contractors.

We work across private functions, corporate events, festivals and venues throughout Sydney, and our team gets involved in the creative, technical and logistical planning of an event's security — not just staffing the door on the night.

How we work

The same four-step process, whether it's a single door shift or a full event security and transport package.

1. Enquiry & event brief

You tell us the date, venue, guest numbers and any transport requirements. We scope the right mix of crowd control, door staff, traffic management or mini-bus hire for the occasion.

2. Licensed deployment plan

Jiji Baby confirms rostering, briefs personnel on venue-specific access and egress points, and locks in vehicles or drivers where transport is involved — all under Master Licence 000100789.

3. On-site coordination

Security and transport report to one point of contact on the day, so changes to run-sheets or last-minute requests get actioned without being passed between separate vendors.

4. Debrief & documentation

Incident logs, sign-in sheets and any compliance paperwork are compiled after the event and made available to organisers and venues on request.
